Its becoming harder and harder to find good quality sausages and bacon that aren’t artificially sweetened, treated with chemicals and made with poor quality meat. On our farm things are different!
Because there is no added water in our meat, you will find our bacon and sausage amazingly filling compared to store bought products. You will be surprised how quickly you fill up on a couple of rashers or links!
Sausage
Our home made bratwurst style English sausage are 100% Mangalitsa pork with an English seasoning recipe, a throw back to the original English “bangers”, hand made and stuffed full of goodness! Mildly seasoned with an English seasoning recipe these sausages are great when baked in the oven and make the perfect addition to a one pot casserole stew! Packages contain 4-5 extra large links approx 1 1/2” thick and cased in natural hog casings. weighed at approximately 1lb.
Bacon
Our pork belly bacon is a well-marbled cut of pork that is cut about ½ inch thick and comes in one-pound packages. It has a rich, meaty flavor and a melt-in-your-mouth texture and cooks to perfection in 10mins when laid on a baking sheet in the oven. Typically there are 7-8 slices per 1lb package
Remeber all fat on pasture raised mangalitsa is full of monounsaturated Omega 9 ( cholesterol lowering fatty acid) while at the same time being lower in saturated fat than butter!!
Breakfast boxes contain 8 x 1lb packages Choose a box of all bacon, all sausage or a 50:50 split.
